We are unable to accept any returns for items that were not purchased through gunillaofsweden.com or lerosett.com. If you purchased a product from a Gunilla of Sweden® dealer such as a spa, please contact the spa directly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gunilla of Sweden® you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 60 days, all returns must contain a sales invoice and a return authorization number for proper credit.

Please give Gunilla of Sweden™ products time to work.
Since we offer a 60 day return policy you have time to use up most all the product and to be positive about product effectiveness. Gunilla skin care products have been used by thousands of top skin care professionals at the best spas and medical clinics for decades and when used as directed these products are proven more effective than water or oil based skin care products.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

A purchase must be over $15.00 to be considered a sale .

Free Trials are not considered a purchase and do not have a 60 day return policy. Each free trial has return information that relates to each specific trial, each free trial policy can be found on the free trial web page, package invoice and the email confirmation.

Returns and Exchange Rules

If several identical items are purchased in a single order only the first used or opened item and any remaining unopened items qualify for a refund. We will not offer a refund for more than one used identical item.

All orders are automatically shipped free of charge via USPS First Class mail. USPS Priority shipping is available at check out for $6.95. We also use USPS expedited service. United States Postal Service overnight shipping is considered expedited because it can still take 1-3 days to receive your package. USPS does not deliver on holidays and if you live in a less populated area there may be a delay. If your order is shipped USPS expedited service the day before a holiday the holiday will not be counted as a shipping day. All orders received before 12:00pm noon CST will be shipped the same day, we are closed on weekends. We also have UPS overnight and next day available at check out.

All international shipping costs are US $8.50 for the first item and US $3.50 for each additional item after that.

Skin care systems are counted for each individual item, a four part skin care system will be charged as four items and a three part system will be charged as three items.

Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return. Please retain a copy of the invoice for yourself. For your protection and to ensure a quick delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS; Insured Parcel Post or Fed-Ex. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Your return will promptly be processed upon its arrival and a credit will be issued, all exchanges will be shipped via standard shipping. Allow 6-10 business days for transit and processing time for your item.
