Customer Information Returns, Shipping and Exchanges Can I return items not purchased through www.gunillaofsweden.com?We are unable to accept any returns for items that were not purchased through gunillaofsweden.com or lerosett.com. If you purchased a product from a Gunilla of Sweden® dealer such as a spa, please contact the spa directly. What is Gunilla of Sweden®'s return policy?If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gunilla of Sweden® you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 60 days, all returns must contain a sales invoice and a return authorization number for proper credit. A purchase must be over $15.00 to be considered a sale . Free trial period information is also available at FAQ: Returns and Exchange RulesReturned orders under $85 have no restocking feeReturned orders over $85.00 have a 15% restocking fee Returned orders over $185.00 have a 20% restocking fee. All returned skin care systems have a 15% restocking fee, you may keep the free item. If you are ordering an item for the first time please order the regular or retail size of that item, all professional or large size items have a 25% restocking fee regardless of the order size. Exchanges are on a dollar for dollar basis, if you ordered an item for oily skin, but need an item for dry skin we will exchange that item within the above mentioned 60 day time frame. If several identical items are purchased in a single order only the first used or opened item and any remaining unopened items qualify for a refund. We will not offer a refund for more than one used identical item. How are orders shipped in the United States?All orders are automatically shipped free of charge via USPS First Class mail. USPS Priority shipping is available at check out for $6.95. We also use USPS expedited service. United States Postal Service overnight shipping is considered expedited because it can still take 1-3 days to receive your package. USPS does not deliver on holidays and if you live in a less populated area there may be a delay. If your order is shipped USPS expedited service the day before a holiday the holiday will not be counted as a shipping day. All orders received before 12:00pm noon CST will be shipped the same day, we are closed on weekends. We also have UPS overnight and next day available at check out. What are your international shipping charges?All international shipping costs are US $8.50 for the first item and US $3.50 for each additional item after that.
